FAQ

Where is your office?

My office location is near the intersection of McCaslin and S. Boulder Road:

864 W South Boulder Road Suite 201 Louisville, CO 80027

How long are your sessions?
Sessions are typically 55 minutes. However, these vary based on the services we have discussed and for which we planned.
How do I set up my initial session?
Submit your interest through this site, and I will contact you. Alternatively, give me a call at (720) 891-5347.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly request a 24-hour notice of any cancellations. If your cancellation is in less than 24 hours a full session fee will be charged.
Who do you see in your practice?
I work with adult women seeking to resolve old patterns and reinvent/renovate their lives to meet their soul’s path.
Are there assignments between sessions?

Assignments entirely depend on what you are working on at the time.

However, I believe that some homework can be a profoundly enriching way to delve deeper into the work. We will always consider how you process the best.

What modalities do you use in your practice?

Through my education, I am trained in Family Systems and use this as my primary lens.

I interweave Daring Way™, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. These modalities comprise my approach.

What is your professional licensure and education?
I graduated with my master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Denver in 2008. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Colorado and received certification as a clinical facilitator of the Daring Way™ in 2014 (CDWF). I also completed training programs in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Grief and Loss Therapy.
Coffee or Tea?

I’m a sucker for a great cup of coffee every-single-time – no matter the time of day.

But… I also enjoy a soothing cup of tea – I prefer a strong tea instead of a light fruity type – I love a flavorful non-dairy chai tea.
