Hi there, I’m Darcey.
We will start right where you are and where you are ready.
Your goals will be our beacon of light throughout the process.
As your guide, I will interweave transpersonal psychotherapy where we need to delve deeper, psychoeducation where we need to learn new skills, and coaching when we need straight-up guidance.
My goal is that you feel growth occurring in a safely held space to try new things and speak your truth. I will walk beside you through our time together. If you have questions, I will do my best to answer them. And if I don’t have the answer, I will do everything I can to find it for you.
Initially, we’ll chat over the phone to get to know one another and see if we are a good fit. You will know whether it feels right pretty quickly. If not, I can offer guidance to help you find the right fit.
